I worked with rescue dogs for many years and being involved with lots of sad stories (a few happy ones too!) I decided to have a break and begin working with loved pooches! I am at my happiest when I am surrounded by four-legged friends! I own a rescue dog, Goose the Dachshund who had been illegally smuggled into the country from a puppy farm. I am so grateful for being able to spend everyday with so many wagging tails!

I have grown up with dogs on our farm in Ireland and I couldn’t imagine my life without them!
I am a full time dance teacher and I really missed being around animals since I moved from Ireland so this is the perfect place for me to spend time with dogs during the day!

After nearly a decade working for the RSPCA, I have developed a deep understanding of dog behavior and body language. I eventually decided it was time for something a little different, away from rescue, but staying connected to dogs was a must! I currently own two rescue chickens and volunteer for Guide Dogs as a puppy raiser, preparing them for their future, life-changing roles. In my free time, I bake dog cakes for any occasion, driven by my passion for both dogs and baking! -

After over 30 years working in a very high-pressured environment within the NHS, I was looking forward to retirement & volunteering at Dogs Trust. As well as helping at the rehoming centre, I enjoyed fostering over 30 dogs, each one with a unique story and challenge! My daughter set up Heather’s Hounds & I am happy helping out where I can - walking and boarding many of your gorgeous pawfect pups!

Anything animals is my passion! I’ve grown up with all sorts of animals such as chickens and cats , and loved every single one of them. Two years ago I finally got a dog and fell instantly in love. Even though I have not much professional experience with dogs I am learning on the job and loving it! Each one of them has their very own special personality and I am learning off my co-workers about dog behaviour so I can care for the dogs as best as I can. Dogs make me feel at peace and bring out the best in me.
